We’re looking for an ambitious, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator & Marketing Specialist. You’ll take ownership of both **event coordination** and **marketing/promotion** for high-level networking events, workshops, and seminars. This role offers **uncapped earning potential** — the harder you work, the more you earn. On top of that, you’ll gain direct mentorship, industry connections, and hands-on experience in event production, sales, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination & Operations:
* Plan, organize, and oversee event setup, décor, and vendor arrangements
* Liaise with venues, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution
* Manage event schedules, guest check-in, and flow
* Follow up with Eventbrite leads and confirm attendance
* Work closely with the sales team to hit and exceed attendance goals
Marketing & Promotions:
* Promote events on Facebook, Instagram, Eventbrite, and other platforms
* Create and distribute flyers, social media posts, and simple marketing materials
* Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community leaders
* Drive ticket/course sales through direct outreach and networking
* Engage attendees before, during, and after events to encourage repeat attendance
