Network Over 30 is a growing professional community for business owners, entrepreneurs, and career-focused professionals. We are looking for a Volunteer Communications Manager to support our internal team communications and help keep our growing network aligned and engaged.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This volunteer role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and working with professionals in a collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping our team informed and connected.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Facilitate and help run a monthly virtual team call
• Prepare and send weekly internal emails to team members
• Coordinate messaging, updates, and reminders
• Help improve communication workflows and consistency
• Support leadership with basic communication planning
TIME COMMITMENT
• Approximately 3–5 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Fully remote
IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Flexible schedule; Available during the week
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable hosting or facilitating virtual meetings
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Experience with email platforms, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus
• Interest in business, networking, or professional development
