We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff member to join our team. This role focuses on preparing ingredients, assisting with cooking tasks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to ensure smooth food service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients according to recipes.
Portion and prepare meats, poultry, and seafood for cooking.
Assist in marinating, seasoning, and pre-cooking items as directed.
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times.
Keep prep areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized.
Assist cooks and chefs during busy service periods.
Store food items properly and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
