About the Market
A new, curated weekend marketplace for vintage finds, handmade goods, streetwear, collectibles, plants, art, home goods, and more—plus great food. We’re building a consistent destination along the Route 1 corridor with an easy load-in/out experience for sellers.
Who We’re Looking For
• Resellers: vintage, sneakers/streetwear, collectibles, records, antiques
• Makers/Small Brands: candles, skincare, jewelry, apparel, art/prints
• Home & Garden: decor, small furniture, houseplants
• Specialty/International Goods: packaged foods (non-perishable), crafts
• Community/Local Services: barbers/beauty pop-ups, repair, demos
• Food Vendors & Trucks (see “Food Trucks” below)
What You Get
• Plenty of outdoor space (bring your tent, weights, tables, racks)
• Free on-site vendor parking
• Foot-traffic marketing (social, local listings, signage)
• Simple weekly booking at $150/week
Food Trucks / Food Tents
• Licensed food trucks and properly permitted food vendors welcome
• Must provide all required county/state permits, liability insurance (COI)
• Quiet generators only if you bring your own power
• Rates and placement: inquire (limited slots each weekend)
Basic Rules
• No illegal, counterfeit, or trademark-infringing goods
• Tents must be weighted (no stakes in pavement)
• Keep your area clean; pack out trash
• Event runs rain or shine; fees are generally non-refundable once booked
