One painting is a reproduction of "The Gleaners" (1857), depicting three peasant women gathering stray wheat after a harvest.
The bottom painting is a reproduction of "The Angelus" (1857-1859), showing two peasants bowing in a field for the Angelus prayer.
The frames are original to the kits and show some signs of wear consistent with their age. The frames can easily be repainted.
Dimensions: 22 1/2” length, 19” height.
Paintings are in very good condition. Frames are wood painted grey. The grey has marks that can be touched up with paint.
