Provide accurate and up-to-date information on the status of all employees.
Process new hires, status changes, and terminations.
Follow up with designated construction project sites for missing new hire, change and termination paperwork.
Process unemployment claims and verifications of employment.
Complete mandatory federal reports on-time and accurately.
Assist with other tasks as needed.
Must be fluent in Spanish.
25 hours per week to start which will eventually turn into full time within 90 days.
Must have a minimum of 1 year of human resources experience
Must have excellent communication skills, be bilingual, and have the ability to work with all levels of employees.
Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Must be able to work independently and have the capacity to multi-task several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Proficient skills and knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
