TASCO Water Works, Inc., a regional leader in commercial water treatment serving MD, DC, and VA, is seeking a motivated individual for an entry-level Service Technician position.
What does a Service Technician do?
Commercial HVAC systems — like boilers, chillers, and cooling towers — rely on water to heat and cool large buildings. Over time, that water can cause corrosion, scale, and bacterial growth if not treated properly. Our Service Technicians:
• Test and treat water to keep systems clean, safe, and efficient
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of HVAC equipment
• Support repairs and system improvements
• Provide on-site support and reporting for clients
This position starts with hands-on training in our warehouse, assisting senior technicians and learning product formulation. The goal is to build a strong foundation in water treatment services, with the opportunity to advance into a full Service Technician role — including a take-home company vehicle.
Requirements
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Clean driving record
• Reliable personal transportation to work
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug test prior to hire
• Full-time employment subject to a 90-day probationary period
Work location: Warehouse at Rt. 214 (Central Avenue) & the Beltway.
