We are seeking a reliable and experienced General Laborer to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in site work, demolition, earthwork, or utilities and is comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with demolition, excavation, and site preparation
- Perform manual labor including lifting, loading, and material handling
- Support equipment operators and crew leads on job sites
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
- Prior construction or site work experience required
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
