đ ď¸ What Youâll Do
⢠Support geothermal drilling operations in all weather conditions -- drilling, grouting and/or trenching
⢠Load and unload equipment and materials at job sites
⢠Drive company vehicles to and from sites (must have valid license and clean record)
⢠Assist on the drilling platformâmixing mud and grout, supporting procedures
⢠Follow strict safety and quality protocols to protect yourself and your team
⢠Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained
⢠Perform routine maintenance and equipment inventory

đ°Compensation
The expected base hourly range for this role in New York is $23.50-$26.00/hour and is non-exempt/overtime eligible. This role is also eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
