Job Summary:
The full-time Landscaping Crew Leader manages and works with their team, oversees the daily operation of services, and operates vehicles and equipment in a safe manor. The Crew Leader provides quality services and performs the indicated activities that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. Responsibilities:
Safely driving a truck and landscape trailer.
Timeliness, problem solving, and prioritizing work.
Effective communication and documentation skills, providing information to and from Clients and the Team.
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
Speaking to clients regarding questions about their services or additional service options.
Repairing and maintaining landscaping equipment to ensure it is operating properly.
Mowing and edging of lawns.
Fertilization and Pesticide application.
Mulching, aerating, pruning and plant installation.
Leaf and debris removal
Gutter Cleaning and Snow removal.
Safely operate powered equipment and hand tools
Qualifications required:
Minimum 1-year experience in a Lawn Care Supervisory position and 2-years performing landscaping duties.
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Ability to use a mobile software application daily.
Valid (clean) Driver’s License and DOT Physical Card.
Perform general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your entire body, such as walking, climbing, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
