Job Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items as needed
Maintain sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to promote health and safety
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning preferences and needs
Use janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines
Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or client concerns promptly
Requirements
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting heavy objects, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery
Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment safety protocols
Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific tasks
