Looking for a local, skilled, experienced, and passionate Concrete Slab Mason professional partner to support a builder for routine, same-spec residential houses (3 houses a year). These 3 lots are near UMD College Park. Reliable, own tools, and complete the project with credibility.
Timings: Weekend job. Starting in May.
Payment: by Zelle, check, or credit card upon inspection of work.
Qualification: Must work with a mason company during the week full-time.
Scope: New construction concrete slab work, grading on slab, and concrete staircases.
Materials: All materials will be provided. I am picky about quality, and I have a material list. Will bring to the site.
License: Experience in concrete slab and staircase work required, or ability to pull permit through personal, reliable connections/employer.
