Help removing 3 broken studs/ lug nuts (Silver Spring, MD)

I need help removing 3 broken studs/lug nuts.
17 of the 20 lug nuts were removed successfully
1 wheel has some of the lug nut left and there may be room to weld a nut on to it. Or grab some of the remaining stud.
The other two studs/ lug nuts were drilled and and there is nothing to grab but a nut could be welded.
I'm paying $250 for three studs to be removed drilled out job regardless of how long it takes, it could be quick or it could be 2-3 hours. I just need these removed so i can safely drive the vehicle again.
