We are looking for an experienced, reliable Skilled Carpenter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, communicates well, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew.
Responsibilities
Perform high‑quality carpentry work including framing, trim, decking, and general residential remodeling
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and scope documents
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Communicate progress, issues, and material needs clearly
Represent the company professionally with clients and inspectors
Requirements
Must have your own truck or van for daily transportation and hauling tools/materials
Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on carpentry experience
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision or collaborate with a team
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Must have basic hand tools and power tools
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred
Experience in residential/commercial remodeling
Ability to take direction and also lead small tasks when needed
Comfort with client‑facing communication
