A Maryland law firm in Gaithersburg is seeking mid-level bilingual Spanish speaking attorneys for its injury, family and criminal practice due to firm growth.
• The hybrid schedule consists of 3 days/week in the office and 2 remote days/week
• Initially, it’s recommended that new attorneys spend more time in the office for the first month to establish relationships, etc. Remote is possible after that.
• This alternative-track contract role offers flexible billable hours, interesting legal assignments, and direct interaction with clients.
Other position details:
• Hourly pay: $40-$80 per hour, depending on experience. This is also negotiable.
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: open-ended, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role
• Hours: Full-time
Ideal candidate:
• Must understand and speak Spanish/English.
• Be licensed in Maryland (active and in good standing) required.
• Ready to litigate cases in court.
• New JD welcome, litigation experience preferred
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload independently
