Real Estate Brokerage and Investment Education company with growing national presence looking to add a creative, self-motivated social media/ marketing content specialist to its marketing team.
The position is currently part-time (20/30 hours per week) with growth opportunity.
The ideal candidate has experience with the following:
1. Creating and posting engaging content to maintain current target audience. 2. Creating plan copyright content to expand online following and convert followers to long-term business relationships, 3. Creating daily, weekly and monthly and long- term strategies for elevating and growing brand on social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube and Instagram, Twitter and any other relevant emerging social media platforms; 4. Working closely with company management to create, develop, and execute social media guidelines and objectives.
-2-3 years of experience in social media.
-Self-starter capable of working independently and exercising sound judgment.
-Comfort in managing up – talking to all levels of the organization
-Detail-oriented with strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
-A passion for teamwork and customer service.
-Ability to spot trends in social media and prepare to evolve our strategies accordingly.
-Knowledge of social media advertising campaigns and tools (i.e. Facebook Ad Manager).
-Some Analytics skills, strategic thinker with attention to detail.
-Experience with WordPress
-Must have excellent writing skills (top notch grammar too!), be extremely familiar with organization and implementing social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Must have direct experience producing high quality marketing materials using Adobe Suite.
