Bentonite clay (powder form). 50 lb bag (more than one available).
It can be mixed with soil and used along foundations and retaining walls, or under concrete slabs, for water-proofing. It can be used for lining ponds, though with this being the powder form it needs to be mixed with the soil before the pond is filled (a different, granular, type is needed if you are trying to seal a pond that is already filled). It can be used to grout/seal around well casings.
Bentonite expands 10 times or more when it comes into contact with water, but it is a gentle, absorption type swelling, so it does not create expansive pressure when it is in contained spaces..
