Excellent condition. This is a stunning guitar, both in looks, sounds, and overall perfection. It does it all perfectly well. I have a Double Cut, and this Single Cut. This one goes after a long deliberation. They are virtually indistinguishable, but the SC might sound a tiiiny bit more like a Les Paul in the low mids.

Frets are virtually unplayed.
