Here is an amazing instrument masterfully hand-crafted out of one solid select piece of American Maple that gives the tone incredible sustain and balance. Hand-wound pick up delivers tone that reminds me of an early 1950's Fender telecaster but "on steroids". Excellent condition. The craftsmanship is top drawer and these George Boards are highly sought after. Known as "Lap steels for the Stars" as many accomplished players have one or more. Hard case, finger picks, and a vintage Shubb guitar steel in original package are included.
