This is a high-quality, two-channel amplifier designed for acoustic guitar (or mandolin, etc.) and vocals, for small to medium-sized spaces. Made by UltraSound Amplifiers (West Des Moines, Iowa), now defunct (were later sold by Dean Markey). Original price of this amp was about $600. This unit had only light home use for just a few years, and since then has been stored indoors and dry. Excellent condition.
UltraSound amps are known for very transparent acoustic tone. Roughly comparable modern 2-channel acoustic amps typically run $440–$600.
