The Whirlwind Micmute box provides passive switching for controlling on/off conditions of a microphone or balanced line signal via heavy duty footswitch. The switch toggles between ON and MUTE each time you step on it. Works great for performers that may sing only a few songs and want to mute their vocal mic when not singing. Will pass phantom power for use with condenser mics.
