This bass is all anyone would want in a '57 P Bass Reissue.
I had a 1960 P bass and this guitar comes pretty close. I believe it was a special Fender MIJ (made in Japan) run for 2010 and it really does hit the mark with looks, features, tone, and that punchy sound only a quality P Bass can make. No issues, new strings, and sounds great. Good for those three or four set gigs. 8.6 lbs.
This PB has a hot Seymour Duncan Basslines Quarter Pounder P Bass pickup that really does emulate a real 1957 Fender P Bass pickup. A nice Gold anodized pick guard and two-tone sunburst medium-gloss finish complete the 1950's mojo nicely. This bass guitar really nails that 1950’s P Bass power and tone.
Sporting a very comfortable Maple neck and a near perfect 50's two-tone gloss finish, this P bass is in very good condition. On Reverb.com a similar MIJ of this quality would run around $1700. +
No issues or repairs. Nice standard Fender HSC included.
Please no trade offers. Just down sizing.
