Looking for Keyboard Wiz, Piano Pro, Synth Swami, Organ Aficionado... (Hyattsville)

Looking for someone to make all the keyboards type sounds. Willingness or ability to also add other instruments, vocals or use odd percussion a plus. We have a handful of songs written and we're down to also do some fun or at least odd covers. Vibe is sort of 90s indie with some power-pop and a little bit of Americana with punkish roots. Kind of like a more ramshackle Wilco or more raucous Big Thief.
Our age range is late 20s - early 40s. Open to all peoples, as long as you're not a classifiable jerk/creep.
We have several batches of reference recordings for which we feel like it would be best to use as a point of reference to start from as far as getting current parts down. From there, we would like and expect that whoever joins would expand on or leaves their mark on the songs. Looking to be pretty democratic as far as songs and band decisions go.
Looking to do more recordings and get some good local shows. Mainly porch fests, local festivals, maybe work our way to the Black Cat and make some sounds legit enough to perhaps play Fort Reno. We currently practice in Brentwood Maryland.
