Looking for violin/viola teacher - bluegrass, old time, irish (Silver Spring)

Looking for weekly lessons in the aforementioned styles. Picked up a violin and viola and have been learning by ear but could use some direction on removing tension, double stops, cuts, 3rd position fingerings, etc.
Need a teacher who is willing to teach by ear and concepts and not via sheet music. Can come to you or host in house.
