Tristar Realty is one of the fastest growing real estate brokerages and we are seeking an Office/Branch Manager who is ready to grow along with us in a uplifting, positive environment.
This position is for our Waldorf Office Location. You will be responsible for daily support to the office managers, agents, and fellow staff members.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Greeting Agents and Clients when they walk in
Office duties, keeping the office clean and presentable
Receiving and distributing messages, phone calls, clients, agents, etc.
Answer office phones by protocol along with customer service communication
Using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.
Filing paperwork and files
Add duties of recruiting agents
Using company systems and processes
Internet Research and Reports
And additional office tasks/activities as instructed.
The ideal candidate will obtain skills and work experience in the following key areas:
High level of professionalism, outstanding customer service skills
Punctual and reliable
Excellent verbal and written communications
Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
Experience and proven abilities providing outstanding office support
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF)
A strong desire to succeed and to contribute
Ability to work independently, but also as part of a cooperative team
