A luxury home builder/architect firm is looking for a candidate to provide administrative support during business hours.
Administrative duties include but are not limited to:
• Answering phones
• Replying to emails
• Data entry
Candidates Should Have:
• Front desk management experience and data entry experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a MUST
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Computer literate with experience on Microsoft applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks
• Ability to provide good judgment in order to proactively and independently solve problems and make decisions with some supervision
• Excellent communication skills, good phone manners, and ability to communicate effectively with staff at all
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Reliable form of transportation
• All employees are expected to contribute to a positive work environment, help each other, and suggest ways
to improve processes
