Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat in a fast-paced environment

Provide real-time support, through a chat agent and thoroughly document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution

Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints

Maintain thorough knowledge of products to easily answer customer questions
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements

Must have the following skills:

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset

Experience working in a chat environment such as, LiveChat

Comfortable using computers

Experience working with customer support
