IMMEDIATE opening for OFFICE MANAGER for a small Moving Company located in Washington, DC. The successful candidate must be dependable, very organized, and have experience in working in an administrative or inbound sales role. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, and Excel; Word a must. You must be able to multitask with different types of phone calls and email inquiries. Some weekend availability may be required.

Duties include but are not limited to:
-Answer incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service
-Provide moving and storage quotes and book jobs
-Dispatch crews to multiple locations
- Follow up on company leads to acquire potential business
- Electronic and Paper Filing
- Records Management
- Invoice and Payroll Processing
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Also seeking SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Seeking enthusiastic, aggressive and self-motivated Sales Representatives to market, sell, and close moving services to homeowners, renters, realtors, etc. Must have experience in Moving/Storage Sales and be able to provide moving estimates, follow-up and close company provided leads. The position pays a base salary plus commission. NO CAPS ON EARNING POTENTIAL!!!
-MUST have experience in Phone Sales, Moving Industry a PLUS
-Great communication skills, especially over the phone
-Good computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft office and Gmail
-Professional phone etiquette
-Respond to company leads in a timely and efficient manner
-Willingness to work hard
