Executive Assitant w/Accounting Background (Full-time / Part-Time) (Olney)

compensation: Salary commensurate with experience - $33K-$38K. Health insurance, 401k, vacation, holidays.

Premium Landscape Design-Build company looking for an energetic and organized individual to manage executive calendar/communication and assist with accounting functions.

- Assist accounting dept. with reconciliation and accounts payable functions
- Manage Financial Summary worksheet
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- As assigned by the controller


Requirements:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Accounting Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, and computational literacy (comfortable with numbers)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- College Degree Prefered - will consider relative experience
