Shin Orthodontics in Potomac, MD is looking for one receptionist to join our 10 person strong team. We are located at Cabin John Village shopping mall on 11325 Seven Locks Road, Potomac, MD. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Answer all incoming text messages and email messages
• Organize and schedule meetings as needed
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
• Work as a part of our team

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
