Landscaping Company looking for a full time experienced person to perform multiple duties including: answering phones, placing orders, handling work tickets and job cost, schedule appointments and deliveries, type work orders and contracts, handle accounts and deposits and other miscellaneous duties. Must be proficient in word and excel and able to demonstrate knowledge of both. Must be able to speak, read and write well in English. Good basic math skills will be needed. Must be well organized and able to handle multiple tasks. Resume or cover letter must include what prior office experience you have and duties handled to be considered.
