If you are an experienced and energetic Administrative Assistant, we have an immediate opening in our Silver Spring, MD Office.
Candidates must have:
* Good writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Great phone etiquette with the ability to multitask.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access)
* Having experience with accounting, Tax, Financial, Insurance, or a CPA firm is a plus
* Having experience in Tax Preparation, Sales, Marketing, or Web management gets you more bonus payment
Job Duties:
Answer all incoming telephone calls and email inquiries.
Provide outstanding customer service to our customers.
Maintain client files
Do data entry in Quickbook and other programs
Manage company social media
Clearly document all customer conversations and requests
Coordinate responses with the appropriate personnel if a customer requires an escalated level of support.
Process incoming mail and faxes, as needed.
