Busy business owner looking for a great local personal assistant.
I would love to find a detail-oriented and experienced personal assistant who loves organization, dogs, babies, and generally helping out with whatever is needed.
Duties include:
Scheduling personal appointments for myself, my husband, and our baby (doctors appointments, vet appointments, car maintenance, etc.)
Cleaning dishes and pump parts
Booking travel arrangements (flights, hotel, car service, etc.)
Managing my inbox to include drafting and sending emails
Keeping our home organized
Managing returns and other errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office, etc
Tidying up the baby's room and toys
Taking the car to the mechanic for maintenance and to the car wash for cleaning
Sort mail, deliveries, and so on
Order, wrap, and ship gifts
Coordinate scheduling, travel, events, etc
Packing/unpacking before and after travel
Light cleaning when needed
Washing and folding laundry
Ensure essential items stay stocked at home
Walking the dog
Be the person to speak to when someone arrives to do some maintenance on the house
Food prep (grocery shopping, washing and cutting vegetables, etc.)
I live with my husband, our 9-month-old baby, and our 10-year-old dog (Beagle Dachshund mix). We are married, in our late 30s, and both work full-time from home. An ideal schedule would be working from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Fridays but this is flexible.
