Here's a focus adjustable eyepiece (loupe diopter) for many professional video cameras! It came from a Sony Betacam, yet it works perfectly in my Panasonic HDX-900. It locks in and works. Smooth and sure focus for any eye. This model is fairly universal for many applications.
