We have a large parking and storage lot in Capital heights MD. It's 20 min from Washington DC. It's fenced with a large 32 feet gate and secured. You can park 1 Truck or your whole fleet depend on availability when you call. It can be used as a trucking yard and/or heavy industrial storage lot, Construction companies, Dump trucks, bus companies, RV, or any other business. I am the owner, please email any questions that you may have.
You can fit many reefer trailers or 18 wheelers and it is fenced in and you have 24 hours access to it.
Water and Electricity are available.

From $200 PER SPOT/ for 35 feet
larger spots are available.
