Bethesda Property Management Company is looking for a Commercial Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to property management, leasing operations and administrative support within a fast-paced property management environment.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Administrative Duties:
• Respond to tenant communications and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Process incoming mail and invoices
• Conduct periodic property inspections
• Coordinate meetings with tenants and support ongoing tenant relations
Leasing Duties:
• Create and manage online leasing advertisements
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and schedule property showings
• Conduct property tours and present available spaces to prospective tenants
• Prepare lease agreements and facilitate deal closures
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Commercial Property Management and/or Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful approach
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable transportation
Schedule
• Full-Time: Monday-Friday, occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on needs.
