Property Manager (Montgomery County)

compensation: $55 - $85K commensurate with experience, plus benefits
employment type: full-time

Montgomery County property management firm is seeking a qualified, experienced and reliable property manager with site and/or portfolio experience. Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Candidate must hold CMCA credentials for no less than 5 years.
Be highly organized and detail oriented.
Capable of meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Exhibit exceptionally strong problem solving and time management skills.
Familiar with Federal, State and County laws.
Capable of working with other members of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.

More specific property management qualifications must include:
Manage vendors and contracts.
Ability to write and bid comprehensive RFPs.
Implement and document progressive discipline.
Prepare monthly management reports - timely and thoroughly
Understand and be able to explain financial reports
Draft and implement annual budgets (operating, replacement and capital reserve.
Conduct property inspections and prepare related reports and correspondence.
Implement policies and procedures
Recruit, train, develop and motivate other team members
