Interested in renting, developing or possibly selling 40+ acres of land along Crain Hwy (Rt.301) northbound and Dyson Rd. Land is mostly flat, borders a creek at the rear, borders RT 301 and Dyson Rd. It does have about 25 acres that are considered wetland. Has WSSC sewer on it but not sure of water. I am not interested in subdividing it to sell 5-10 acres or renting a small portion. Absolutely no hunting. I don't need a real estate agent to sell or market the property.
I've had a number of inquires about leasing for farming. You must be an experienced farmer and have the capital to set up operations.
Willing to listen and work with reasonable, legitimate offers but will ignore the ridiculous.
