Rest easy knowing that cleanliness is our top priority, each room has a hypoallergenic mattress cover that eliminates concerns of bed bugs.
Bedroom #1 - $300.00/wk. ($43 a day) Fully furnished, equipped with a 50-inch smart tv. Room is approx. 160 sq. ft.

Room offer a refrigerator, and a work desk, all appropriately situated with comfort and efficiency in mind; the suites are quite attractive. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day, whether it is work or play. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping centers, grocery stores + restaurants and lots of free parking.
Located in the lower level of the home that has been designed for short term rental use with a shared bathrooms just across the hall, and (JUST ADDED) a shared Kitchenette (w/ convection microwave, sink and icemaker).

We're a short drive to the U.S. Capitol, making it easy to reach the Districts’ museums, attractions, and historic sites. We are also close to the University of Maryland. Car rental available onsite (subject to availability). If you're looking for more family fun, spend the day at Six Flags America or Glenn Dale Splash Park.

Located in the lower level of the home, two adjacent rooms, with a pocket door for privacy have been designated for short term use with a shared bathroom just across the hall. Subject to availability, guests may have the option of reserving both rooms, in which case the bathroom would be reserved for private use for you and your companions. In the event one of the rooms are in use by another guest, the bathroom will be shared. In the latter scenario the bathroom will be sanitized weekly by management staff.
