I am a single professional (attorney) who does project work in Washington DC. I live in the basement of the unit and I am renting a room on the 3rd Floor of this very well located and large townhouse.
The room (pictured) is 20x15, has plety of closet space and room to both sleep and work in privacy, as well as having your own private bathroom.
With your occupancy is unrestricted access to the upper two levels sharing the common areas (Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, large Deck and back yard area). In my experience I rarely cross paths with anyone and the space is a quiet, calm and safe in an ideal location, just off 270 Exits 11(Montgomery Village Ave.) and 12(Watkins Mill Rd.).
The laundry room is in the basement level and accessible as needed.
The entire unit is VERY quiet and private. I occupy the basement level of the residence and so I am sensitive to whom I rent. I keep a good-natured drama-free zone and we all respect and each others' quiet enjoyment of space and get along well/
The unit is furnished and if needed, I can provide bedroom furnishings if needed (May be a small additional fee).
The unit has Fios HIGH SPEED WiFi (1033mbps) and your rent covers ALL UTILITIES.
UNIT INCLUDES RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN FRONT OF HOUSE.
