The house has a washer and dryer. I prefer someone with no pets, and having a full time job. The room is fully furnished so no need for you to bring any furniture. Rent includes internet wifi, electricity/gas, sewage and water. I will like a neat person who cleans up after themselves and is respectful of other peoples space.
