- Very safe area and decent neighborhood.
- Welcome NIH employees but not necessarily.
- Requirement: one month deposit for security purpose only that will be return it on the last day of your contract.
- Keep in mind that the security deposit is not considered as a part of a monthly rent; this will be kept for securit
