This is a perfect room for FDA fellows, interns, and others who have business with FDA. This is especially great if you don't have a car since everything you need is in walking distance.
This room has a full size bed and is fully furnished with desk, dresser, night stand, closet and more.
You will share two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room with 3 others.
There is public transportation (bus) in easy walking distance (3 minutes) and there is a free (free for those with a FDA badge) shuttle directly to the FDA for interns, fellows and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) employees.
About 20-30 minutes to NIH (National Institutes of Health). This room is 20 minutes from the Downtown Silver Spring Metro. The FDA offers shuttles to different metro stations. Also check out the K9, K6, Z6/Z8, or the 22 for buses to the metro.
Leases are two months to two months. Stay as long as you like – 2 month – 6 months – years - just give us at least a 60 day notice before leaving. High speed internet is complimentary. All utilities included.
Twice a month maid cleaning of all shared common areas such as kitchen and bathrooms.
Deposit is $825 and rent is due at the 25th of each month (Ex: June rent is due May 25).
