I am a non-smoker and drink socially. My ideal roommate is female with no kids, no pets, reliable source of income and a respectful professional like me. I am very easy going and looking for someone who is similar in nature. The room for rent will be available in March 1 or April 1. The trial period of the contract will be 6 months to ensure you and I are both comfortable living together, with the possibility of an extension if both parties agree.
A little about the room. The room is unfurnished but has space to make it into a comfortable living space with walk- in closets and hard wood floors. The condo itself has a balcony that is available for use, a clean kitchen, dining room and living room. There is only 1 bathroom that we both must share, so being clean and organized is key.
The laundry unit is available on premises and the condo has internet as well. Parking space will be available. The rent will be 800 including all utilities, a 400-deposit security deposit will be required to rent the room. Deposit will be returned if the room is left in the same condition as it is originally it was rented in.
