How do we work?
We design the deck in 3D and deliver a detailed 3D view of the deck in less than a week. We support our deck drawings with complete details and structural plans.
Registered structural engineers in MD, VA, and DC will stamp all Drawings.
Pricing:

Permit Expediting:
Based on the request, we submit the plans to the county, manage and answer possible comments, and get the building permit.
Contractors and Construction:
We have a list of well-known “local“ contractors in MD, DC, and Northern Virginia with reasonable prices that we can share with you.
It’s very important to have knowledgeable, local contractors who can finish the project within your project scale and area.
Time Frame:
You will have a full permit set and 3D design in 5-7 days and a permit in 2-3 weeks, depending on the county permitting process time.
Most of our projects will approve with no comments or minor comments.
