You will never walk a roof. You do not need a truck.
Our inspection team handles all roof assessments. Our admin team handles everything after the sale. You just need reliable transportation and a driver's license.
Your job is simple: get in front of people, build trust, close the deal.
This is straight commission.
No base.
No ceiling.
30-40% of net job profit depending on lead source.
Performance bonuses on top.
A solid month puts $4,000-$8,000 in your pocket.
A great month puts more.
What you do:
• Meet homeowners, present solutions, close deals
• Door knock, canvass, work referrals, and work company leads
• Hand off to our team after the sale - they handle the rest
