What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for generating leads and appointments in order to achieve closes and sales
You will be required to participate in all required sales training, online, and field training
You will be expected to attend a range of company and team meetings and keep up to date with all information you might need
You will be responsible for ensuring the proper use of company Customer Relationship Management system and Customer Interface Tool to effectively communicate and market with customers
You will be expected to track data, analytics and area trends
You will be required to work in a team-oriented environment as well as autonomously at times
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with great organization and communication skills who can bring their experience and talent into the company. We are looking for someone who is focused and goal-oriented with a real drive to succeed and progress. We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills who can build relationships across the industry and who has a good knowledge base in construction, specifically roofing.
As well as this the following are required:
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Good IT/computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in successfully converting leads into sales
Demonstrable track record of success
Strong organizational skills
Experience using CRM and sales tracking
