It is the contract vehicle for the Enterprise Infrastructure Services organizion overseeing MPO’s Enterprise Informion Technology (EIT). EIT is MPO’s backbone- plform for all Enterprise users. Da Center & Compute Services is the EIS enabling organizion working with customers, Integred Product Teams (IPT), and vendors to deliver select EIT.

MANTECH is seeking a motived, career and customer-oriented System Engineer to join our team in Laurel, Maryland.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems th are compible with the defined system architecture(s) – Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Services-oriented Architecture (SOA), etc.
• Contribute to the development of systems engineering documention such as Systems Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specificions, and Interface Control Documents.
• Assist with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocion of the same to individual hardware and software components.
• Participe in the development of system of system engineering documention, such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirement Specificions, and Interface Control Documents.
• Provide technical direction for the development, engineering, integrion, and testing of specific components of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicition, analysis and functional allocion, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operion and interface standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/non-technical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis

 Minimum/Basic Qualificions:

• 20 years’ experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or reled professional engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstred experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of cloud services and solutions like AWS and alternive cloud service provider frameworks.

Preferred Qualificions:

• Proven ability to evalue Customer needs and architect scalable, agile cloud technologies.
• Experience engineering physical and virtual VDI and VPN infrastructures.
• Strong proficiency with network topology to ensure reliable, high-performance, and secure system connectivity

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have a current active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stionary position 75% of the time. Must communice with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communicion, which may involve delivering presentions.
