Elliptical machine with bottle holder, fan, heart sensors and generous pedal size. Works on batteries or provided power adapter. It has a manual setting of ramp angle 10, 15 and 20. The fan has high and low speed settings. The display will also show your heart rate when you use the hand grip pulse sensor based on which it will advise you to go faster or slower by green or orange light.
If you do not hold heart sensors it will advice to go slower or faster by comparing the target speed of selected program and your actual speed (RPM in this case). I am located in Bethesda, MD.
