Hello and thank you for viewing our posting. This listing is for a one-bedroom executive apartment that is fully furnished. This apartment is available on September 1st. We have the apartment stocked with all the things you could need for a short-term rental, bedding items, kitchen items, washer and dryer and so on. The apartment is located on our private estate (working organic farm). There is plenty of parking available also. The monthly rent includes all utilities (high speed internet, smart TV, electric and more). We are located close to Shady Grove Road and within a ten-minute drive to the Shady Grove Metro. The apartment has beautiful views and many windows to view the animals from. To go along with those views, we have gardens spread thru out the farm for you to view. Late Summer is starting here on the farm and with that comes the pretty season and the wild ducks are coming back. Included in your rent are delicious fresh eggs from our pastured chickens that we make available weekly.
Located within two miles of the farm are several major grocery stores including big box shopping. We are lucky enough to have three public parks all within a mile and a large sport field.
The apartment is available on September 1st. We require with a signed lease a $900.00 security deposit which is fully refundable the same day you check out. The apartment is limited to two people since there is a large single bedroom. The pictures posted are actual photos of the apartment and prior to each new guest that moves in the apartment is professionally cleaned and air filters changed. No Pets
